How to Order

You can order by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail.
After placing an order you will receive our proforma invoice with all necessary details.

Minimum Order Value

|
The minimum order value is EUR 200.-
If you visit our company to select your wood in our warehouse there is no minimum amount.

|
Terms of Payment
|

|
Payment in advance by bank transfer.
Any bank charges we incur will be billed to the customer’s account. Until further notice we don’t accept credit cards.

Mode of Dispatch
|
|
|
|
Smaller orders are dispatched by UPS. All shipping costs are billed to the customer’s account.
For larger shipments we cooperate with
several shipping companies.
Shipping costs are inquired individually
for each shipment
Packaging is billed at cost price.

VAT Identification Number for EU Customers
|
|
|
|
When you place an order, please specify whether you have a Value Added Tax ID number. If you have a VAT ID number, you don’t have to pay German VAT (currently 19%)

Reservation of Property Rights
|

All delivered goods remain the property of Andreas Gleissner OHG until all due payments resulting from our association with the buyer are made in full (if checks or bills of exchange are given as payment, until they
have cleared). Before goods are paid in full they may not be transferred to third parties, nor given as security.
